What are the requirements to join?
Self-discipline, commitment, trust in your coach, and a little bit of patience. Flexibility to come out of comfort zone and follow the given diet. As you didn’t gain weight overnight, so wouldn’t lose it either. If you lack any of these, our programs may not be a good fit for you. What is your belief?
Do you know whats dieting? ‘Dieting’ is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake so much that you lose weight. This results in side effects like hair loss, body weakness, and general fatigue or aging, dull skin, low energy levels, irritation, detachment from food, irresistible cravings, mood swings, disturbed sleep, and much more. We believe in healthy eating. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself to lose weight. we strongly believe eat right and lose weight. eat local, regional, and traditional food to enjoy your weight loss journey. We believe Calories do count but don’t count calories as we guide you about portion control and balancing meals.

Can I lose fat only on my belly/thighs or arms?
No! One cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. While exercise can certainly help in toning specific body parts, your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are, so spot reduction is not possible.
Can you provide a sample diet plan?
No, because we don’t have one. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per the person’s medical history, body analysis, lifestyle, food preferences, liking.
How will I get my diet plans?
Diet plans are prescribed ONLY after a consultation/feedback call. A Diet plan is easily accessible, we sent over email in a PDF file.
Do you guarantee weight loss?
We are not selling a product. It is something you have to guarantee yourself that you will be committed and self-disciplined throughout your journey with us.
We DO NOT guarantee 5, 10, or 20-kilo weight loss programs. A body can safely lose a few kilos and inches in a month, however weight loss is multi-factorial and results vary from person to person. It depends on your diet, medical history, activity level, stress levels, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, belief, and trust level. Make sure you set realistic goals before you embark on this journey with us because as your coach or your nutritionist, we can provide you support, diet, and follow-up, but it’s you who have to follow the given diet and guidelines properly. you are accountable to us for everything you eat at the end of the day.
How much will I lose?
You can lose a few kilos and inches in a month, however weight loss is multi-factorial and results vary from person to person, as Everybody is different. Results depend on your medical history, activity level, stress levels, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, belief, and trust level, and how much and how religiously you follow the diet and guidelines.
Will the weight bounce back, post-diet?
The diet plans that we design are not short-term diets, we couch you to develop them as habits and habits once formed would be lifelong. Our plans are a combination of diet and lifestyle plan, where we plan a diet with food which you can sustain for lifelong, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change. Make sure you set realistic goals before you embark on this journey with us. The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined, even after achieving your goals.
How is the progress measured?
As we couch to develop a holistic approach for weight loss, we will not be dependent on numbers on scale and inches that you lose. We consider :
- How do you feel?
- How are your skin and hair?
- Are you constipated or feel light?
- Is there any bloating /gas or acidity?
- How are the energy levels?
- How about your sleep?
- Eating schedule?
- Has the stamina increased?
- Are health parameters coming back in range?
- How happy you are?
- Is there any craving or mood swings? etc
That does not mean you will not see weight loss! you will see weight loss, but weight loss is a by-product of healthy eating and lifestyle. Numbers on a scale do not define you, because when you lose fat, you gain muscle mass at the same time (in most cases), but the weighing scale will not go down, and hence that number is not that important. Each week we will have a scheduled session (telephonic/ video call ) where we will discuss your results, difficulties, and ONLY then create the changes in the diet plan.
Do I have to do anything else except following the diet?
Diet plays a very important role but your overall health depends on these factors:
- 45-50 min or 10-15 k steps daily.
You will get guidance during your sessions on how to manage these properly and get overall health benefits.
What we( as your coach ) expect from you:
- Be positive.
- Be patient.
- Trust your dietitian/coach.
- Ask questions/logic but refrain from challenging us with your Google skills.
- Leave all your past experiences on weight loss and healthy living and start a fresh new journey with us.
- Follow the given diet religiously and be true to us and yourself. Do it for yourself.
- I have to give you support and diet, and you must give me results and follow each guideline given to you.
Can I transfer my program/subscription to anyone else?
Our programs/plans/consultations in kind of services from slimpossiblediet are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Are breaks/hold-period allowed in programs?
We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of how busy you are. It’s life something or the other is going to come, you need to give your health your priority. Vacations, family functions, traveling, or not feeling well should not stop eating healthy. Inform us we will find a way out by giving you healthy options for travel/festival/parties. But if there is some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program and stay in touch with us. Hold/Pause facility does not apply to 1-month programs.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
First of all, there is no room for dissatisfaction if you begin with the right expectations and attitude. This is healthcare, not business. There is no exchange of products. We charge you for our time and expertise, which is irreversible. Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. So it is important to set your expectations right before joining and also a right clear mindset, as it’s gonna be a lifestyle change. If you interrupt or stop the ongoing program for any reason, no refund may be granted to you in that case too.
