Searching fasting recipe with a twist Falahari Frankie.
I love making fusion recipes and giving a twist to our traditional recipe while we observe fast for 9 days I always come up with new recipes like falari Puran Poli, makhana chat, green sabudana khichdi, sabudana thalipeeth all of these are on my grid, falari missal (Dm for recipe), This one is my favorite, easy to make and it’s very rich in protein and very nutritious recipes.
For the base of the Frankie:
I used fasting Aata , made nirmal roti using it.
Filling for Frankie :
Sweet potato patties – made with sweet potato+ peanuts,
Stir-fried paneer with bit fasting salt,
Stir fry caramelized capsicum,
Fiber so spread made if hung curd with green chutney+ chili
