SWEET CRAVING!!!!!
LET’S FIGHT IT BY TRYING HEALTHY OPTIONS
*1st have a glass of water (we are halfway down)

*1 piece of a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate

*A small bowl of popcorn with melted peanut butter and a dusting of cocoa powder (Nutella once a while is OK)

*A perfect frozen sweet treat with some extra healthy punch!

FROZEN DARK CHOCOLATE BANANA (Peel a banana, cut into two equal halves, and freeze. Once solid, take out and roll in melted dark chocolate. While the chocolate’s still melty, roll in whichever crunchy topping you like—sprinkles, nuts, and granola all work well! Return to the freezer until the chocolate is set)

*YOGURT PARFAIT: 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) with your choice of toppings: granola, nuts, and fruit, add cacao nibs and cacao powder Add some shaved chocolate and coconut.
*A fruit smoothie
* A fruit popsicle
*A piece of jaggery
*2 pieces of dates
*8 small raisins
*5 Mundaka
*Cereals and milk with nits and fruit with a dash of honey
*Sorbet 1 small cup
*A nice cream – its frozen bananas blended up into soft serve, but added with like chocolate, cherries, or nuts, it makes it a healthy nice cream.
*Have you ever tried roasted channa with a piece of jaggery, trust me it’s the best combination to have, not only for a sweet tooth but for strong bone too, a perfect evening munching?
* A cup of chocolate flavor soya/ almond milk (good post-workout drink too)

Here are some SPD’S (SLIMPOSSIBLEDIET’S SPECIAL)

Ø  A BOWL OF CHEWY FRUITS AND DARK CHOCOLATE: A small serving of a healthy mix of nuts like almonds and walnuts with a few nice chewy pieces of dried fruit (like cranberries/ blueberries or cherries) and some dark chocolate pieces, cacao nibs and cacao powder.
Ø  TOASTED CHICKPEAS TOSSED IN CINNAMON AND HONEY
Ø  FRUITY CHIA PUDDING
Ø  Oat on date
