BMI(BODY MASS INDEX) has its limitations because it does not measure body fat or muscle directly.
Two people can have the same BMI but different body fat percentages.
Example: High-performance athletes, tend to be very fit and have little body fat. They can have a high BMI because they have more muscle mass, but this does not mean they are overweight.

So here at @slimpossiblediet      take the entire medical history and lifestyle, food preference into consideration while planning a diet; and that is the major reason why we ask the clients to fill the enquiry/health assessment form.
