Are you a road-trip-ready for the holidays?

We usually shop for a lot of package food for a road trip like biscuits, chips, namkeen, etc. But are these chips and package food healthy?

At times indulging in junk is ok, but if you are frequently traveling then choosing wisely is really important to keep yourself healthy and fit.

Here is a small list of food to carry while traveling and for holidays: .
💠You can carry makhana, healthy and filling you can get or make flavors like I prefer jaggery makhana from @nuttyyogi for my sweet tooth, make curry leaves makhana, salted makhana, cheese, and onion makhana, etc.

đź’ Vegetable sandwich or peanut butter sandwich or plain bread butter if not a too long journey.

đź’ Methi thepla or plain thepla

đź’ Sabudana khichdi if not a too long journey.
.
đź’ You can also carry dry bhel.

đź’ Peanuts and roasted change are a good munching option too.

đź’ Seeds mix and nuts mix for munching.

By carrying this option you can stay fit and healthy even you are traveling.  Like in my recent trip to Ganesh Phule I preferred enjoying a good breakfast and I skipped lunch by having my bhel with salad and had light dinner. .
Think wise, there are healthy options available always. Think wise and choose smartly.
