Do you know what is ABCD of PMS?
A Stands for 𝗔𝗡𝗫𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬
B stands for 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚
C stand for 𝘾𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙋𝙎
D stands for 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

Let’s discuss the ABCD of PMS :

𝗔𝗡𝗫𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬:
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, fear, and unease. It’s a panic attack kind of a feeling. One of the reasons is that women affected by PMS (premenstrual syndrome) are generally less able to cope with stress during the week or so before their menstrual bleed and because of this, are more prone to feeling anxious.

𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚:
You may feel that you have gained weight and suddenly the tummy is out.
You feel heavy and clothes don’t fit the way they use too few days prior.
Rings do not come out from fingers, sometimes feet swelling is seen.
These are all symptoms of bloating. It’s a discomfort women faces during PMS.

𝘾𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙋𝙎:
During the period, your uterus contracts; meaning it squeezes or cramps up. This makes the lining come off the walls of your uterus and leave your body. When your uterus cramps up, it’s helping the period blood flow out of your vagina.
So you experience pain and cramps.

𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡:

This is most common symptom accompanied by mood swings and anxiety.
Crying for no reason, been cranky and moodless and irritated and low on energy are all the give away of PMS
I’m again saying the same thing, you are normal, almost every women face PMS, it’s nothing to be ashamed or worried about.
IT’S OK NOT TO BE OK ALL THE TIME.
